Hi, I’m Maxine
I’m an independent HR consultant and trainer with around 35 years’ experience. I work mainly with small and growing businesses that need straightforward, experienced HR support without employing a full-time HR team.
I also support individuals dealing with workplace situations including grievances, performance management, disciplinary matters, redundancy and settlement discussions.
Based in Milton Keynes and supporting businesses locally and across the UK, by phone, Teams or Zoom.
